The Russian Army has almost completely turned back from the Kharkiv region, and a regional leader said the other goal is to free Luhansk neighbouring.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said the other counterofenziva was being prepared, while Russia is accused of targeting a nuclear power plant in the south.
Ukraine's nuclear operator Enerhoatotom said one missile was launched about 300m from nuclear reactors to the country's second-largest thermal power plant in the Mykolayev region, destroying and breaking off a section of the hydro-ectic station in the complex.
The attack has not been independently confirmed, even though images were posted online by the Ukrainian Army. /Periscopi/
