Damian Sanderson's body, 31, was found at James Smith Kri, where the killings occurred.
Police official Rhonda Blackmore said during a news conference that the suspect's lifeless body was found Monday at 11:30 local time.
During a media conference, she said the <x0trupi was found in a green area near a house that was being examined” by authorities. According to her, there were visible “ladies” in the body that are not believed to be caused by Damien Sanderson himself.
However, police did not reveal who was responsible for the suspect's death.
The two suspects in Sunday's attacks were brothers and second suspect, Myles Sanderson, still on the run and is believed to be located in the town of Regina. He has been known for police since he had committed various crimes in the past, including crimes against individuals and property.
On Sunday, 10 people were slaughtered to death, and 18 others were injured in the Saskatchu region.
Regina, the capital of the province, was the place where the suspects were last seen.
Canadian police said police officials from three regions from Saskatchuan, Manitoba and Alberta were involved in author-finding operations.
Despite not yet being captured by police, Myles Sanderson is being charged with murder.
In Saskatchuan, where James Smith Kri is located, home to some 2,000 members of the indigenous community, has been declared a state of emergency.
Media in Canada have identified some of the years, but officials have not yet provided information about them.
