US Source: Apart from DP, Russia has financed the Democratic Front in Montenegro and Milorad Dodik in Bosnia

The political coalition of the Democratic Front in Montenegro, which is currently negotiating the formation of Montenegro's new government and Milorad Dodik, the Serb member of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Presidency, have received large sums of money from the Russian Federation, within Moscow's efforts to extend influence outside [...] territory.
However, this source within the American administration has not provided the precise amounts of money that have been shared by the Russians for Bosnia's Dodik and the Democratic Front in Montenegro, Telegraphed.
The intelligence community has marked increased this activity from 2014 to today. Among the examples presented in Bosnia, ahead of the 2018 elections, Konstantin Malofeyev has secretly helped finance Milorad Dodik's presidential campaign. This example shows that Russia failed to fulfil its promise to invest in the economic development of Republika Srska, but instead enabled the ruling party's corruption and created uneven conditions for opposition parties”, the source said within the US administration.
Montenegro and one of the most important Russian oligarchs has also been highlighted as an example.
Oleg Deripaska's “Unions have provided funds for the Democratic Front in 2016, and perhaps prior to the 2018 election through non-adequate contracts and local companies, has added the source.
The senior official in the American administration during a conference, where parts of the American intelligence report were discovered, stressed that Russia has secretly paid over $300m and that it plans to invest hundreds of millions of dollars in foreign political parties, officials and politicians in more than 20 countries in the world on four continents ♫ under Moscow's efforts to increase influence outside Russia.
It has become known that the United States expects Russia to rely even more on hidden political financing to withstand and avoid international sanctions imposed on Russia as a result of the war started in Ukraine.
Russian “Efforts are trying to manipulate inside with democracies, and “s are trying to give priority to certain political parties and promote democracy in all these countries”, the US official suggested.
