General Roman Berdnikov has left and will be replaced by General Oleksandr Lapipin, according to a post of Ukrainian Intelligence in Telegram.
Berdnikov's future, which had earlier commanded the Russian Army's intervention in Syria, “is being estimated at”, Ukrainian GUR said.
He was named in office on 26 August, replacing General Andrei Sychevoi, who was named only recently, 20 July.
