According to Rukiqi, this package of spray is aimed at addressing the inflation problem, but a “short-term social peace”.
Now, instead of seeing a serious plan for preventing the deepening crisis during the winter months, we're also seeing a certain action of public money distribution without a plan.
For packages like this, distribution of money, left and right, we don't need to have any Prime Minister or Government. It'd be enough for a cashier and a treasure official to write Rukiqi.
