The communique says that demand has been made “due to suspicion based on having committed criminal work “Qualisation of the hashish plant, cocaine bush or cannabis plant”, from Article 272 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code”.
“In the court of the defendant's house, 33 narcotics plants of the type of satira cannabis have been found, as well as, in his car's house, 560 grams of marijuana, and an electronic scale, which have been seized by police”, is said in the communiques.
