The prosecution gives details about the sexual assault on climber Nikci for 48 hours

The Founding Procuror in Pec, announces public opinion that after working intensively with the Kosovo Police, a person has been identified and arrested (with initial F. B, who is suspected of sexually assaulting the female victim on September 27 of this year. After the identification, the same by state prosecutor's order has been arrested and detained for 48 hours, under suspicion that he has committed criminal work “Sexual assault” by Article 229 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo. The State Prosecutor within the legal deadline will consider the possibility of submitting that the requirement for determining the measure of detention to the competent court, and also in terms of this criminal case, all necessary investigative actions” will be undertaken in the Pec Constitutional Prosecutor's Community.
