Former Ambassador and Director of the K Institute IPRED, Lulzim Peci, commenting on the signed agreement to co-ordinate foreign policy between Serbia's Foreign Affairs Minister Nikola Selakovic and Russia's Sergei Lavrov, has said it shows that these two countries are Batak and that the true intentions of their foreign policies are no different, but that their broadcast is proportional to their military powers.
Peci has written on Facebook that after signing this agreement, it is the last time that both the EU and the US, but especially Albania, will reflect on their policies in relation to Serbia.
The Open Balkans cannot be made with Putin's allies, and I believe that with the agreement it must be understood that it is already dead”, he wrote.
The country's prime minister, Albin Kurti, has stated yesterday that the co-operation agreement Serbian foreign minister signed with the Russian one, which should alert Western-democratic leaders.
Otherwise, in the margins of the 77th session of the United Nations Assembly, Serbia's Foreign Affairs Minister Nikola Sekalovic and Russia's Sergei Lavrov have signed an agreement to co-ordinate foreign policy.
