Oliver Ivanov's case: Protected Witness Says That He and His Family Are Threatened

The protected witness has given his testimony concerning the Mitrovica Serb politician's murder case, Oliver Ivanovic, who for the last few times had refused to testify to the case with the reason that his life and family are at risk.

This for Online Economy has been announced by lawyer Musa Damati, who in this case protects Silvana Arsovic.

He has further clarified that under strict safety his testimony has been heard.

Damatti has clarified that other witnesses who are not protected have referred to many senior political figures, business and mafia figures.

“Today has been prosecuted with the hearing of the protected witness, who has repeatedly refused to give his testimony because as he has stated, he and his family are threatened with life, that has been why in the past sessions” were postponed.
