Both are MMPH officials.
Gani Berisha is director of the Department of River Lakes at the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning.
Shukri Shaban, meanwhile, is official in the same ministry.
The prosecution has announced that the suspects were detained in 48 hours' length under suspicions that they committed criminal acts “Taking the bribe”, “The bribe code”, “fideja” and “The influenceUtilation”.
The newspaper Insader also reported that among those arrested is VV's Asamblist, Berat Lahu, who is also the son-in-law of Minister Liburn Aliu.
We remember that the Constitutional Prosecutor at Ferizaj has confirmed that eleven (11) different locations, namely eight (8) locations in the town of Pristina, two (2) in Podujevo and one (1) in Fushe Kosovo, where seven (7) suspected persons have been arrested.
The same with the State Prosecutor's decision, they have been detained in 48 hours' length, due to the suspicion that the same acts were committed “Bribe taking”, from Article 421 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code “The bribe case”, from Article 422 , “Fide” from Article 331 and “The exercise of influence” by Article 424 of the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.
