According to Italy's National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology, the quake has a 4.4-magnitude, and it has been recorded two kilometers [2 km] west of Bargagli. Local media report that the earthquake has been feeling a lot on the upper floors of buildings and window windows are trembling.
The quake also scared tourists from Portofino to Sester Levante, especially those in hotels on higher floors.
