“will be 654m euros to be separated to municipalities, and this growth of the budget would have to reflect also on the quality of municipal services, on citizens, on their well-being and development in the economy”.
Kurti said advancing government-communal co-operation is needed.
Our government “is to be close to citizens, even being close to municipalities, and therefore we need to advance and intensify co-operation”, Kurti said.
