“Serbs in the Republic of Kosovo have multiple guaranteed rights with the Constitution in parliamentary representation and executive power, while Albanians and other minorities in Serbia do not”, Kamberi has said.

He stressed that the stability of the Western Balkans is related to that issue and that without progress in dialogue, neither side can hope for EU membership, adding that the EU says dialogue with Kosovo is crucial for Serbia on its European path.
Kamberi estimated that the final agreement between Serbia and Kosovo is one of the most difficult challenges, and added that Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has been chosen to lead the country and find solutions to the most difficult political issues.
