“State Secretary Antony J. Blinken spoke with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama yesterday.
Secretary Blinken condemned the September 9th irresponsible cyber attack on Albania's border control systems, which follows Iran's cyber attack on Albania on 15 July.
