The 3rd category Tornado, with wind speed up to 195 km/h (120 mph), is now hitting Florida.
On Cuban state television on Tuesday, the head of the power authority announced that a break on the entire island had occurred as a result of the collapse of the national electricity system, leaving 11 million people in darkness.
