Protests have begun against violence against girls called by 12: 00 p.m., writes Periscope.
The resignation of chief prosecutor, Kujtim Munishi, is required in this protest.
Their requests:
1. Legalisation of the use and distribution of inflammatory gas for self-defence (pepper spray);
2. The dismissal of the judges who have served sentences under the minimum allowed by law and who have eased sentences under the minimum amount of punishment for rape in cases of sexual violence against girls and women;
3. Downloading police officials and prosecutors for neglecting gender-based violence cases against women;
4. The creation of effective mechanisms which they treat with dignity the survivors of sexual violence;
5. Entering Sex Education in Schools
If the government doesn't respond to us and we don't get guarantees for our safety, our resistance will only radicalize. We will not allow any young woman and woman to live under violence and fear.
