“After pandemic has normalised the situation. Between 400 and 500 million are brought in”, he stressed.
According to him, income would be many higher if the diaspora spent all the money in their homeland.
“Hoteleria depends on a few. Most exiles, the main expenses are here. If they didn't go off to Albania and Montenegro, about half the budget would be alive”, Sogojevo said of “Front Online”.
Sogojevo highlighted a problem facing the sector.

Meanwhile, according to the Kosovo Statistics Agency for June, the number of local and foreign visitors to Kosovo was 37292.
Of them 30.59% were local visitors, and 69.41% were abroad.
According to the poll, the largest number of foreign visitors focuses on Pristina, Pec and Prizren. As for foreign visitors, the largest number was from Albania, Germany and Turkey.
Part of the ASS poll was 209 hotels, which exercise hotel activities on Kosovo territory.
