Kosovo businessman Ramiz Kelmendi, through a touching tale, has explained what is happening to the strike in education:
Consider the following account:
Some sentences about the launch of the new school year 2022/2023
The man who after he's finished years to begin the first class and sees that the lesson doesn't start and ask his mother;
Chun: Mother darling, why don't you start learning?
Mother: He's been in economic charge, my boy.
Chun: What is this economic mess, Mom?
Mother: The government is offering 50 euros in raises at the same time, teachers on the other side are asking for a permanent 100 euros.
Chun: Mom, don't these guys have any averages?
Mother: They must have, because the average has chosen many disputes.
Seeing this drama, the need of the boy and others to go to school is necessary, but seeing the teacher's vital cost also grows, I think that on both sides with legitimate, rational demands, they have to find an average between the 50 euros and the permanent 100 euros. A golden middle of 85. The euro was supposed to pave the way for later conversation between the parties and the reasoning of other values.
I want to believe that even this request is reasonable. It should be that teachers, educators, professors, and other researchers are committed to learning, education, personal and professional advancement so that they can be on the move. It should not be expected that the teacher and others will have secondary work for survival, and then that will affect the vital quality of the teacher and the quality of education that they shared.
Act!
