According to the court's announcement, they allegedly committed criminal work “Dening the test or official procedure in co-ordination” and “Frikisation during criminal procedure in co-ordination”, while against indictees H. The US also for criminal work “The participation and organisation of the organised criminal group”, in terms of criminal activity “Blerja, ownership, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotropic and analogic substances”.
The court of preliminary procedure “The State Prosecutor's request for the appointment of the detention measure against defendants H. The US and N.M. has approved it as a base, and it has assigned the measure of detention in length of 1 (a) month, for each apart, indictees H. S and N. M, the detention measure was assigned in line with Article 187 paragraphs 1 under paragraph 1.1 and 1.2, points 1.2.1, 1.2.2 and 1.2.3 of KPP”, the media report said.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
Otherwise, in May of last year, seven people have been arrested after the narcotics trafficking investigation directorate in co-ordination with Italian and Albanian police, following a joint investigation into a company's depot have found and seized an alleged amount of narcotics-type cocaine weight-related substance.
The move for the capture was carried out by the Special Prosecutor's Order and in co-operation with the Kosovo Police, the Italian and Albanian authorities.
Cocaine, who was caught in the yard of a private company, had been camouflaged in packaged chicken in the truck that was carrying it. Advertisement
Currently, in the same case, four other persons are staying in custody. So far, the Special Prosecutor has not filed any charges.
