As of August 25th, when the civil servants' strikes began, there are 705 people born in KKUK who have not registered.
Thus, the baby's mother, Albulen Selmanaj-Tolaj, says they are concerned about how the procedures for her registration will flow.
Because the same was told in the hospital that the system does not allow child registration after a month passed from birth.
