“B.L., suspected of criminally exercising influence by Article 431 paragraph 1 of KPRK. S. S., and S.S.1, suspected of criminal acts in co-ordination of office or authority by Article 422 paragraph 1 related to Article 31 of KPRC; forging official documents by Article 434 paragraph 1 of KPRK; also, S. S., suspected of criminal acts in taking bribes from Article 428 paragraph 2 of KPRK; misuse of official position and authority from Article 422 paragraph 1 of KPRK”, says the communiqué.
