Seven arrested in case “Brezovica 6” today before court

The seven suspects will appear today at 11:00 before the Ferizaj Foundation Court, confirmed the Express prosecutor Rasim Maloku case.

It is expected to take place the detention measure.

The case attorney, Rasim Maloku, told Gazeta Express on Wednesday that a person has not been found in his home where, according to his family, he has travelled abroad, until now the same has not surrendered to the police.

Suspects have been detained in 48 hours, due to the suspicion that the same were committed criminal acts “Taking the bribe”, “The bribe code” and “The influence enforcement”, the prosecution reported.

Also, the prosecution has provided details of what has been found and seized during the investigation into suspected persons, the quality of material evidence.

“During the search of suspect B.L., have been found and seized: Certificate property (10 pages), Skie (1 leaf) and mobile phone, IPHONE 11 PROPHOD, gray.

During the check on suspect U.S., have been found and seized: Two Samsung phones, a Loptop HP, as well as various documents.

During their search at suspect G.B., they were found and seized: A Samsung phone with two sim card cards, A hard drive USB 2.0 Overwrite STA, A hard drive Apache, a laptop computer of the Lenovo brand, a laptop computer brand Dell, a laptop computer of the Aer brand.

During the check on suspect B.G., have been found and seized: A gun with a serial number 54A 040356, 9 bullets in the horse. 45mm, two pistol mags, a gun belt, during the search of suspect S.S., has been found and seized, a black IPHONE7 phone.

During the search of the suspect L.V., have been found and seized: Phone Iphone 13, Hiri, Laptop “Apple”, documents, Cadastre 3 page Certificate, Copje Plan 20 pages, Brezovica 27-page contract, Contarta Troys, 30 pages, Red Facisseel 16-page contract, Mg Energy slain HC Brezovica-Maktos Group HC Brezovica, 3 Voula, USB and a Sd Card, Mercedes G class car, black.

During the check on suspect S.S., have been found and seized: A “Zervena Zasatava pistol number 1947, a clip and 7 rounds of cable. 7.62 mm, A Toyota car, a car “A 13- pro phone, three bank cards, different documents.

During the realisation of control of suspect G.S., in 2 (two) locations, in quality of material evidence, have been found and seized these evidence: A Mercedes Benz S500 car, a Toyota Land Cruiser car car car, a car booklet, an Iphoone 12 Mini phone, a HP computer cottage, black.

And at the home of two G.S. suspects, and the S.S., during the search on the quality of material evidence has been found and seized testimony: Mercedes AMG car car car car, contract on car trading LAND ROVER, the black and bronze key to the lighting up of Mercedes” vehicle, the prosecution reported.

The “Brezovica” was launched in December 2021, the former head of Shtrpce Bratislav Nikolic was also arrested in one of those shares. According to Ferizaj's Constitutional Prosecutor, Nikolic was suspected of accepting bribes and gifts aimed at issuing construction permits at “National Park. Sharri”, the weekend of Brezovica.

The purpose of this operation is to identify the construction of all facilities in the protected areas of the national park as to which areas they are built, possess construction permits, and the same are in accordance with law”, said successive prosecution reports.

The number of persons arrested in the divided shares in the case “Brezovica” has gone to dozens of detainees, as well as hundreds of thousands of euros worth of items have been seized.
