Arrest order for former prosecutor Maria Bamieh

Sources Signal They have suggested that issuing an arrest warrant by the pre-procedure judge has been made in co-ordination with the European Union mission in Kosovo, EULEX.
Under this warrant, issued several days ago, the Court orders the arrest and detention of Bamieh, as the same has not responded to the State Prosecutor's invitation to interview, though he had declared he would respond positively and co-operate with authorities.
But that did not happen, so the Court has decided to issue arrest warrants to apprehend the suspect still on the run.
