Gacka and Mukhtar signed the visa-free agreement between Albania and Kazakhstan in New York.
The minister said this agreement would contribute to further intensifying bilateral co-operation and freedom of movement.
In Kazakh capital Astana, there is a considerable presence of Albanians, of about 300-400. In Kazakhstan they work from 3-4 thousand Albanians a year, writes Tvklan, broadcasts Klankosova.tv.
