A2: Besides Kurt, the suspect also planned the murder of Xhavit Halit

In 2021, the Antiterrorism Unit in Kosovo has unveiled a plan to kill Prime Minister Albin Kurti and two others from a citizen from Albania. At least that's how it turns out in a document released on Monday by hackers, who allegedly was taken from the General Director [...] email.
The document notes that Kosovo's Antiterrorism Unit has received information on the assassinations to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti, Ismet Haxha's, former Kosovo Intelligence Service member and relative of Kadri Veselin and Xhavit Halit, a member of the Democratic Party of Kosovo and former delegations.
The suspect is Prek Kodra, Albanian citizen. The document points out that he has good skills in using snipers. He is allegedly involved in several murders in Kosovo and Montenegro. Meanwhile, Kodra allegedly lives in Shkodra, while operating in Tropoj, Ferizaj and Kosovo's Decani.
According to the Albanian Police, this person is on a criminal precedent and has been investigated for attempted murder and possession without the permission of hunting weapons. He was declared on the run in 2016, while two hunting rifles and 90 bullets were found after searches at the apartment. In September last year, the search warrant was suspended while considered a high-risk person.
According to information from the Antiterrorism Unit, the first objective would be Ismet Haja. The second objective was Xhavit Haliti, who was to be killed a month after Haxha looked like revenge. Then Prime Minister Albin Kurti would also be killed. According to information, the purpose of these assassinations is to destabilise Kosovo. The document also notes that the three assassinations would be carried out in the next four months.
