About 630m euros cost the loss of a case in court, measures to the responsible are warned

Regarding media reports on an administrative judicial dispute in which, the legal interest party has been the Ministry of Health, at the meeting held between representatives of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Justice, has agreed on further steps regarding the case. It becomes known that such a court issue, has to do with a 2011 tendering process, which the Public Procureing Organisation and the Health Ministry has been indicted for annulment of the decision and compensation damage.
Beyond this communiqué, the Ministry of Health as a damaged party announces the opinion that it has filed complaints to the Court of First Court and, along with the State Lawyer, will continue to defend the legal interest in the case in question, taking all actions in further judicial procedures.
In this case, the Ministry of Health within legal competencies will take all necessary disciplinary measures against responsible persons within the Ministry of Health and, at the same time, denouncing it to the law enforcement and investigative organs”, the MSH response reported.
Otherwise, it has been reported that about 630 thousand euros has cost the MSH the loss of case in the first-degree court against a pharmaceutical company, for a 2011 tender. Meanwhile, because the Ministry of Health had no protective parties at the hearing then only the arguments of the pharmaceutical company were received for basis.
