Zogaj for Kosovo's agreement with Serbia: Achieved but Signed, Power Observed but No One Published

Political analyst Petrit Zogaj has reacted to the agreement Kosovo-Serbia has reached for documents, which he says congratulated the prime minister's president, and the other side of politics said is the 2011. Through a Facebook post, he said no one saw this agreement, nor [...]
Through a Facebook post, he said no one saw this agreement, nor published it, no draft of it, was understood whether it was old or new, said it was reached but not signed or signed.
Zogaj as well as though nothing was confirmed, it was celebrated by power, and the opposition appears to be busy with other problems, such as weddings and nightclubs.
His full post:
A deal reached between Kosovo and Serbia has been being discussed for two days.
The president of the prime minister pretty much wished for this deal. They say this is reciprocity.
The other side of politics said this deal was nothing but the one in 2011. Well, nobody saw this deal. Nobody published it. The government does not. There was no draft of her. Didn't understand if it was the old deal or something new. He said you reached the deal, didn't say I signed.
They didn't say if it was signed by anyone or when. If it was signed, it wasn't told by who or when it happened. In a word, nothing was published or confirmed. But, by power, this fool is celebrated.
And opposition parties seem to be busy with other problems -- some attending weddings and other goals with nightclubs.
