Zelensky called for vigilance, saying Moscow could attempt something very ugly “” before Wednesday.
He also said he had discussed “all threats” with French President Emmanuel Macron, who had also held a telephone conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin last week.
Similar reports were sent to other leaders, including Turkish President Recep Tayip Erdogan.
