The exception only makes the Merdare border crossing point where exit expectations are up to an hour and a half, while the motorcade is up to a mile [1 km] long. And at the entrances, no more than 10 minutes.
At the point, the White Law border crossing is up to 10 minutes while no columns are reported. As the exits go up to 50 minutes, the vehicle's turn is 300m.
At all other border crossings, at the exit, expectations are no longer more than 20 minutes, while no delays are reported at the entry.
