VV's Eman Uniman vs Minister Nagavci on Wage Case

In Kosovo, since 2014, there has been an Administrative Guide of the Ministry of Education, which prohibits wearing headscarves in schools, which is recently strongly opposed through social networking campaigns. The debate over allowing the headscarf in schools today was commented by Minister of Education, Science, Technology and innovation (MASHTI), Arberie Nagavci, saying there is no guide for the headscarf. On this issue, the minister said the character of the state and Kosovo institutions is clearly defined.
“I want to make it clear that there is no administrative guide for the bandanna. It's never what I know. All this recently established campaign is not to be based and sustainable. The character of our country and public institutions is clearly defined. The administrative direction they referred to is to manage jobs in high and high schools. It is true that this administrative directive has some legal issues, because the preamble it refers to does not specifically concern the competency of the STAT. The truth is, though, that recommendations have been given to keep that instruction in force. We can't change a specific article. The guidance will remain in force and we will look away only in the formal legal aspect”, Nagavci stressed.
But against this statement and the stance has come up by Vetevendosje Movement MP Eman Nthmani.
He has said that he continues to share the same position as the Administrative Guide for carrying the headscarf to schools.
He said administration guidance should be changed.
I've been declared for your medium before. So I don't have anything else on Saturday. My attitude is that administrative directive should be removed because it's consistent even from the Legal Office by the Government itself, which has no legal basis. It's just that I've changed my attitude about this”, Candor for Democracy said.com.
