Varhely after the document agreement: Welcome agreement for free movement between Kosovo, Serbia

European Commissioner for Enlargement Oliver Varhely has welcomed the agreement reached between Kosovo and Serbia for the free movement of the two countries' citizens.

He in a Twitter post said that it is ready to signal a new era of real progress in dialogue, based on bilateral agreements.

I welcome the agreement on free movement between #Kosovo and #Serbia and sincerely hope that this signals a new era of real progress in dialogue, based on mutual agreement and implementation”, he wrote, as he distributed the EU diplomacy chief Josep Borrell's speech on the deal.
