(4 years ago)Smoke and fire have been seen in Ulpiana neighbourhood in Pristina. More specifically near the part known as “Fontana”. The fire is suspected of being caused by the burning of refuse, which then engulfed another tree in the vicinity. As seen in the scene, firemen have arrived. V IDEO
