White House National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan has welcomed the restoration of relations between Turkey and Israel.
He has said this decision will boost the security, stability and prosperity of the two peoples and countries.
The “welcomes today's announcement to restore diplomatic relations between Israel and Turkey. This movement will bring more security, stability and prosperity to the people and region”, he stressed.
Israeli Prime Minister Yair Lapid has announced today that Baska with Turkey's president, Reccep Tayip Erdogan, has decided to renew diplomatic relations.
This reconciliation between them was achieved after the two leaders spoke on the phone.
“I just spoke to Turkey's president, Erdogan. We wished each other for the decision to completely renew our diplomatic relations”, he noted.
Lapid has said that Israel and Turkey are the two main states in the region.
