The mandate that allowed FBI agents to control former US President Donald Trump's holding resort was released Friday by a federal judge in Florida.
This came after the U.S. Department of Justice issued an unusual request to make public an order of control, part of a criminal investigation.
US federal agents found secret files and other documents classified by former US President Donald Trump's home in Florida, according to court documents published Friday.
The FBI raided Trump's property on Monday, but so far it has not provided any details as to what they were looking for or what was found. Federal law in the U.S. prohibits misuse of classified materials and embezzlement or unauthorized possession of classified documents or materials.
Court documents found that FBI agents found 11 classified files of documents, including some marked secret stoppages. A file was marked as “top secret/ SCI”
The result of those signs was not known to them.
The agents seized about 20 box cases, as well as photo sets, information for France's president, executive pardon for Roger Stone and a handwritten note.
According to documents, Trump is being investigated for possible violations of the Spyage Act.
While in power, Trump increased the sentences for violating these laws, making offenses punishable up to five years in prison.
On Thursday, US Prosecutor General Merrick Garland said the Justice Department had asked a Florida court to publicise the documents, citing the considerable public interest in the matter”.
Trump confirmed in a post on his website “Torus Social” on Friday that none of the classified documents were classified.

After the raid, an armed person lost his life in a shootout after trying to get inside the FBI office in Cincinnati. The event is being investigated as an internal act of extremism.
