Under the request that the Treasury, which has made the Finance Office at the Ministry of Finance, Labour and Transference, has been requested list of strike workers who will leave the salary list for August 2022.
The treasure has asked them that until tomorrow at 2: 00 p.m., the full list of US officials expected to be suspended for this month.

Meanwhile, Murati at a media conference has suggested that the Government has prosecuted the Law of Salaries, says Democracy.com.
“As the Government we have prosecuted the Law of Salaries and is in different consultations and will come up with public consultations. In September when the Parliament returns from the holiday, the bill will be processed in the Assembly. This bill also considers the requirements of teachers to maintain positions that are technological surplus. The education sector is the priority of the Kosovo government”, he said.
However, for the suspension of salaries, the Finance Ministry is being summoned to Article 18 of the Kosovo Law on Strikes, avoiding Article 13 of the same law.
Article 13 of the Law on Strikes specifically protects the rights of employees during the strike. Lawmakers have clearly appointed this article: Protecting the rights of those employed during the strike, says Democracy.com.
Although the Law on Strikes was amended in 2012, Article 13, paragraph 1 has remained unchanged.

This paragraph clearly shows that: “For strike organisers, strike participants and other employees who support the strike cannot take disciplinary or material measures and cannot be interrupted by the work relationship”.
Although this article leaves no room for any doubt, Kurti Government is continuing with its pressure to suppress this strike long ago warned.
