Serbian politician Rada Trajkovic has said Kosovo is the undisputed winner in the August 27th agreement for documents between Kosovo and Serbia.
According to her, Serbia's team has failed to condition the document agreement with the establishment of the Serbian Communists Association.
“Kurti is encouraged and will not be even more willing to compromise. This should bother all those aimed at a multiethnic Kosovo”, Trajkovic wrote on Twitter.
Document agreement has been reached, but not that for license plates yet.
The international community has expressed optimism that it too can be achieved.
