After the tragedy in Himara, the entire chain of command is dismissed at the Vlora Border Directorate

Following the event that rocked all of Albania, which lost a seven-year-old life in Himara, which was slammed by police officer Arjan Tase, the entire leading chain of the Local Border and Migravion Directorate in Vlora has been fired.

The entire chain of command of the Local Directorate for Borders and Migration Vlora and responsible persons is downloaded for failing to implement additional measures to prevent events by floating means in coastal areas.

The General Director of the Great State Police, Gladys Nano, following a detailed analysis of what happened today in Potam, Himara, where he lost his life in a 7-year-old life as a result of being hit by a floating vehicle run by a police officer, based on conclusions drawn from the analysis of the situation, made the decision to fire all command chain and responsible persons at the Vlora Law Directorate for Border and Migration.

By order of State Police Director General Gladys Nano, they were dismissed:

Chief Commissioner Rescue Hasanaliaj, acting Director of DVKM Vlora;

Commissioner Fatos Muka, incumbent Chief Border Sector at DVKM Vlora;

Chief Prime Minister Andon Marko, tasked by Chief Co-ordination Sector for Territorial Control, DVKM Vlora;

Subcommittee Dritan Veizaj and Ervis Alisiana, tasked specialists near this sector;

Inspector Ardian Kamaj, Granit Nuraj, Jonel Ahmeti and Juljan Memaj, effective Minister for Implementation of the Co-ordination Measures for Territorial Control, in DVKM Vlora;

Deputy Prime Minister Neritan Buzi, Chief of Border Police and Deputy Prime Minister Daniel Likskkim, specialist near this sector;

Inspectors Andrea Zenelaj, Besnik Limaj, Fatos Pashaj and Arsen Hasanaj, service bodies at the Determine Border Police station.

Meanwhile, the special group, established at the order of the State Police Director General, consisting of specialists from the Directorate of Professional Standards, the Department of Borders and Migration, and the Department for Order and Public Security, follows the task of eliminating shortcomings with the aim of preventing events by floating means.
