During an interview for EO, he has indicated that last year more than 42,000 people had left their jobs, according to him, the trend of escape is on the rise.
Azem has added that there is a shortage of qualified workers who because of conditions are being forced out of the country.
“in 2021 over 42 thousand, since in June of this year, it exceeded more than 65 thousand. It's a huge number of skilled workers' shortage, but qualified workers are still forced out of the country”.
The worker's “movements are being made all over the world and beyond. It's happening to us because on a 170-euro salary and not offering adequate conditions, and many other issues with the labour law make these workers feel insecure”.
“The workers have lost their goals of getting better, and their orientation is out of the country for better conditions”, Azemi said.
