Regional Directorate Gjilan, Kamenica Police Station on the date 02.08.2022, has accepted a complaint by the Albanian complainer, Kosovo citizen that at his stable, located in the village of Lisocka, the Kamenica municipality, unknown persons allegedly infiltrated by force from where they had stolen some agricultural equipment at considerable value.
“Police Station Camenica Investigation Unit after a well-organised operational work date 11.08.2022 have managed to locate and therefore arrest a suspect.
Kosovo Albanian E.Z. (2002), who had committed criminal work and stolen means, had sold them to the second Kosovo Albanian suspect R.R. (1968)”, said in the media communiqué.
Stolen vehicles have been confiscated by Kosovo Police and returned to the rightful owner.
Two suspects have been interviewed on the basis of legal procedures in the presence of lawyers.
In the case, the State Prosecutor has been announced, who has ordered that the criminal prosecution case be prosecuted in regular procedure at the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan.
