According to Jashar, this union supports demands and strike warned by the Union of Independent Unions of Kosovo (BSPK).
“The SPJK is making preparations to start a strike, which for the start of the strike in all courts and prosecutors in the country of opinion will be announced over the time”, Jashari has said.
Otherwise, on May 11th 2022, the Independent Trade Union of Kosovo Judicature (SPJK), had announced that on May 12th 2022, all Courts and Prosecutors in Kosovo will enter a warning strike.
On March 15th, 2022 had begun strikes in all courts and prosecutors in Kosovo with similar requests.
And on March 21, 2022 K JCK has announced the suspension of this horn.
