Prime Minister Albin Kurti is facing pressure and political and popular demands in recent days. If we don't mention economic problems, price hikes, the warning of renewed electricity price growth, problems with trade unions, are some other unresolved issues that are increasing day by day.

The Association discussion and implementation of the agreement with Serbia on this job, the Decani Monastery, are among those political requirements that are not new, but are constantly updated as demands by the international factor.

This was added to the Civil Code, which had not been adopted in the Kosovo Assembly, the cause of the article for same-sex marriage and continues to hang on without approval. Even for the Civil Code, there is frustration and calls from the international community and also from civil society activists, media and journalists. And finally, the demand for headscarves in schools.

1. ASO CICION: Now 9 years remain one of the most controversial topics in Kosovo. Why is it that after nine years each day and more of the strong international policy exhibits are demanding that Kosovo implement the 2013 agreement, which was negotiated in 2015.

One of them is also the representative EU for Foreign Policy and Security, Jose Borrell. He has called for the establishment of the Association of Serb majority municipalities in Kosovo without delay. This, after that, such an agreement was reached in 2013 in Brussels between the Kosovo and the Serbian sides.

He has made it known through a letter that he has sent to a Eurodeput on behalf of the European Commission.

“The EU has repeatedly reminded Kosovo institutions to implement the Constitutional Court's decision on land ownership at the Decani Monastery with no further delays. The establishment of the Association/Communal Union of the Serb Majority has been agreed on by both sides Kosovo and Serbia in the 2013 Brussels Agreement. The agreement has been ratified by the Kosovo Parliament and Kosovo must fulfil its legal obligation and implement it without delay”, said among other things on paper.

Finally, Prime Minister Kurti has begun mentioning the word <x0-war”, following tensions in northern Kosovo. And those statements of Kurt are being appreciated as preparation for the establishment of Asociion.

2. DECAN'S MANASTY: The Constitutional Court ruling, which gave the Decani Monastery the right to land around this object of cult, is constantly being mentioned by the international community. US and EU share the same opinion on this issue. They continue to insist on implementing the Constitutional decision.

Even the theme of the Decani Monastery was mentioned at the meeting of Prime Minister Albin Kurti of President Vjosa Osmani with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken, where he has stretched out in the context that has always been heard from the American side again in the context of the Constitutional Court's decision.

Prime Minister Kurti, in February, was asked about international pressure on the issue, where the same one said such efforts should be respected, but claims the bidder has rushed with this decision.

The constitutional court's decisions must be respected, but the contradiction must also be seen. Amazing how the right monastery in procedure has been recognized. The question of land ownership around the Monastery, the Constitution has not had to make a decision without consuming all other legal scales”, Kurti said.

The issue of the Constitutional Court's decision regarding the Decan Monastery grounds has been addressed in the EP-endorsed Resolution 6 July.

What is written in the Resolution is the same language of repeating previous international reports.

The European Parliament has demanded respect for the Constitutional decision, which recognises the Decani Monastery as ownership of land parcels.

“requires the government to address its concerns properly and to enforce the Constitutional Court's decision in 2016 to give land parcels to the Visoki Decani Monastery; it is concerned that authorities have still not implemented this judicial decision, thus undermining the government's commitment to implement the rule of law and its respect for an independent judiciary, as well as the country's international reputation; underlines the importance of implementing all Constitutional Court decisions; it calls on the government to implement an non-imligative approach to the concept of the rule of law, said the report.

3. CIVIL COMMEN: Before the Civil Code was sent to the Kosovo Assembly for a vote, The EU charged Kosovo with adopting this Civil Code Project.

At a meeting with the European Union's ambassador to Kosovo, Thomas Szunyog, who has said it will be the responsibility of the government and MPs to establish the Civil Code and ensure its implementation, Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu, has said it is an important document for whose approval should co-operate in position and opposition.

Despite this, with 28 votes for 28 against and 4 abstentions, the Kosovo Assembly has not approved the Civil Billodin of the Republic of Kosovo at first.

Its purpose is to regulate and harmonise the legal provisions of civil material law, says the Civil Bill's memorandum. According to the commentary memorandum, the adoption of this bill is necessary for the principled regulation and civil law material, as well as in simplifying the implementation of civil law by responsible authorities.

4. SCHOOL SHAMIA:

Over 10,000 similar comments were made on Tuesday in one of the last posts of Prime Minister Kurti on Facebook, where he announced the passage of the new Kosovo Assembly regulation. These comments have the same content that calls for a change in the Administrative Guide for the Headscarf once, a 2017 promise of Albin Kurti.

This campaign, initiated by Durim Berisha (former Council of Kurti) and Liridon Kurti, who call for change of Article 3 to Guide approved in the 2014 bit, which prohibits carrying religious uniform to schools.

Periscope Mr. Deputy Minister. Dukagjin Pupovci, but they got the same answer that this minister is giving to all the sister media.

We have accepted the formal application and are considering it. That's all I can say at the moment”, Mr. Pupovci for Periscope.

The change of articles to instruction is also being requested by MP Duda Balje, who in a proposal for Periscope, says she does not understand Prime Minister Kurti why she is inferior to this issue.

Mrs. Balaj says that he has also asked Minister Nagvci on this topic, but, as she says, this minister has never said no, but that at the same time they have not received anything to change administrative direction. No concrete response from the ministry do we have.

Unfortunately, many times we've encountered these topics even within the human rights commission, and I've actually called the minister to ask me what the problem is, so I don't understand today they've never said no, but they've never got anything to change administrative direction. No concrete response from the ministry do we have, in fact we do want signals where the minister doesn't want to change this direction. It's against, and a lot is bad, and I think they're right, and every girl who puts a headscarf on her head is right with a ba. And now we don't have a law that's stopping these things, we've only got administrative instructions, and the Ministry's got it on the side of the law. I don't understand why, I don't understand why they're against it. I can understand because it's not modern, because we like Kosovo should be very modern and not leave something like that but we're actually stepping on the possibility of education girls. So I can't understand why Kurt is so inferior, I can't understand. Why are they so inferior and they don't see how it's solved for that.”, said Mrs. Balls for Periscope.

Until it is yet known when the Ministry of Education will come up with a concrete stance regarding this demand of a considerable part of the people, such an idea is facing opposition from prominent figures in our country.

For the former ambassador of Kosovo, Mr. Lulzim Peci, this initiative is aimed at introducing political Islam to Kosovo institutions.

Peci through a Facebook response has said he hopes the Kosovo government will not make a major mistake by changing the administrative directive.

“I hope the Government of Kosovo will not make a major mistake by changing administrative guidance that prohibits the carrying of the religious uniform to schools, because with this secular character of our country it will be hit on the ground, and with it the support pillar of Albanian identity in our country”, Peci writes in this post.

For Professor Blerim Latifi, who also opposes changing administrative instruction, the silence of Kosovo intellectuals, but politicians on this subject as well, is unacceptable.

And politicians are silent, because they're all about their own personal power, their own votes, which they're able to heads up with and with their son.

Shut up and the intellectuals! Some don't have the balls to talk because they're scared of the Wahhabi digital falanges, and many others because they've seen the soul.

So Kosovo's unions are becoming the first victims of Serbia's tried project to convince those who keep the state of Kosovo alive, the Western world, that this state cannot be done because its people are culturally anal, not European, and therefore, the issue of Kosovo's status must be reopened! Because one thing is known very well, for a long time: after every <x0) religious reflection” always conceals political plans and goals”, wrote Mr. Latif in his last Facebook post.

We remember that even the Islamic Community of Kosovo, once this campaign is launched, has reiterated the demand to the Government of Kosovo for changing this administrative instruction. /Enis Rrustemi/ Periscope.
