One such permit is found to have been rejected by Kosovo Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislimi, who is also chief of the Kosovo delegation in the talks in Brussels, as well as Minister of Internal Affairs Jhelal Svecla.
Both of these senior Kosovo officials have planned to visit the Presevo Valley, just days before the meeting between Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti and Serbia's president, Alexadar Vuciq, with EU mediation is held in Brussels.

According to them, this visit will not be realised, so it is postponed for another indefinite term.
