The first point to be implemented within seven days for the licensing of the Elektrosever company has been carried out in two days.
But the work got stuck at point 2, now two months, licensed Elektrossever as a supplier, hasn't provided them. KEDS and COSTT the latest available data for consumers through the EU.
RTK has asked in KED, if Elektrosever has applied point 2, spokesman Viktor Buzhala, unwilling to comment on this part, has the question suggested addressing Z? RRE, regulatory authority of all companies involved in the implementation of the guide.
According to RTK sources, Elektrosever has not yet provided data for KEDS and COST.
The guide was to be implemented within 100 days.
Within 10 days of issuing the supply license, Elektroseveri will sign agreements with KOSTT and KEDS to operate on the Kosovo energy market.
Within 15 days of signing the necessary technical agreements with COSTT, Elektroseverer will receive the Energy Identification Code (EIC) to conduct activities envisioned by the license supply.
Within 30 days of extracting Licence for supply, KEDS and COST should have access to the Valaki Substation.
Within 45 days of providing supply license, COST and KEDS, following consultation with the Elektrosver, will hand over the investment plan to ZRE and required maintenance costs and network losses, given the complete review of existing infrastructure.
While within 21 days following the surrender of the investment plan, required maintenance spending and network losses, Z. RRE will approve in principle these plans, costs and losses.
