Since Russia has begun appointing officials in areas it has taken control of since the start of the war, some of them have been attacked.

A day later, Russian news agencies have reported that Russia's governor-appointed in the Herson region, Volodymyr Saldo, has been hospitalised.
Some reports said he might have poisoned.
