Russian FSB the attack was carried out by a Ukrainian woman born in 1979 who arrived in Russia on July 23rd with her daughter. The suspect fled towards Estonia after the attack, Russian Intelligence said in a statement announced by Russian state agencies.
The special Russian service said <x0 crimes were prepared and executed by Ukrainian secret services”. Ukraine has denied involvement. /Periscopi/
