Ukraine says five of the victims of the attack in the eastern town of Chaplyn have been burned to death in a vehicle. An 11-year-old boy was killed.
President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the attack in the middle of a UN Security Council meeting. He said about 50 people were hurt.
Russia has so far made no comment, BBC reports, broadcast Express
She has repeatedly denied that she has targeted civilian infrastructure.
Zelensky said he learned about the attack on Chapline, in the Dnepropetrovsk region, while preparing to speak with the Security Council, adding: “This is how Russia prepared for the UN Security Council meeting”.
“Four passenger cars are on fire now... the number of victims can increase,” he went on.
