The “Reciprocity implemented by August 31st by Kosovo, therefore forced Serbia to cancel its decision not to recognise Kosovo documents. From today he received the Euro-Atlantic seal. If reciprocity was accepted on technical issues, it could not be suggested ignoring it, on the fundamental issue: the legal agreement on mutual recognition between two sovereign states.
