He added that asymmetric talks have expired for use.
The “Reciprocity implemented by August 31st by Kosovo, therefore forced Serbia to cancel its decision not to recognise Kosovo documents. From today he received the Euro-Atlantic seal. If reciprocity was accepted on technical issues, it could not be suggested ignoring it, on the fundamental issue: the legal agreement on mutual recognition between two sovereign states. Looks like a little technical step, but big substatic. After 27 August 2022, the Brussels Dialogue will not be the same. Asmitary talks expired.”, he wrote.
