(4 years ago)The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina has announced that, through an action in Pristina and Podujevo, two businessmen, Mentor Kazazi and A.B., co-owners at the tourist agency “Pristina Jet”, suspected that they deceived fellow countrymen with electric tickets for flying from Western states to Kosovo, this was realized after the development of the measures [...]
According to the prosecution, this was realised after the development of secret and technical measures of investigation and surveillance, in co-ordination with police and ATK, as well as following the approval of the judge of the preliminary procedure, under the leadership of the State Prosecutor.
They allegedly committed criminal work in co-ordination “fraud”, envisioned according to the KPRK, and evidence has been found and seized from this successful raid that will serve in criminal procedure.
Top individuals are suspected that, through the presentation of false facts, through the Tourist Agency “Pristina Jet”, they have sold damaged/unitable tickets to travel from West States to Kosovo at a much cheaper price than the current price, which flights have not been carried out despite payments made by the injured, which with this injury has been caused by financial damage to the criminal abuses, being subjected to their families at various airports to the realization of false flights promised by defendants.
The same actions at the State Attorney's order have been submitted to 48 hours' maintenance until further legal procedures are taken, as well as investigative actions against the case in question, to the final epilogue of this criminal case”, the prosecution's announcement, sent to the media.
