Shala has shown the modalities of such a possible treaty.
Invited to “Diary” on Tv 1, Shala says that considering the same examples in the world, this kind of treaty would be made up of six articles.
According to him, the first article would specify the solution to an internal national conflict.
“The issue of such a treaty we have seen as the US with South Korea, with Japan, respectively, is an element of how we can have with the Albanian state where it will be measured by the designated article could be a treaty of 6 articles at the maximum. Article 1 where domestic national conflicts are resolved peacefully when it is known that Albania also has conflicts with Greece”, he says.

Similarly, the security connoisseur stresses that for Kosovo it would be better if it was guided by the United States of America and Croatia in terms of military capacities.
“I think with Albania would have been a good step and an indicator, but I think it should be oriented by the US from Croatia as a serious partner in military capacity in the Western Balkans that I can handle Serbia's”, Shala added.
