On Saturday evening, two Russians and a Ukrainian attempted to enter the Gramshi plant. They were arrested by Albanian police, while no clashes between them and the plant guards lacked.

Regarding the Pelesi incident, Pjeshi said at the media conference that there is no national breach, but minimally there is violence against those in office.
